I have a Miele Novotronic W360 … and would like to know how to open the front of the washing machine, so that I can investigate why at the start of a wash cycle, I saw a spark – from the washing machine – hitting the floor. Ive checked the seal and thats fine, so Im guessing that something other than water is causing a short-circuit that blew the fuse. In addition, to letting me know how the front opens, I welcome any other insight into what the problem and remedy is. Thanking you in anticipation, Kindest regards, James.
