How can i fix my Marunaka power reaper with mitsubishi T50 engine?

I recently got this strimmer but can not get it to run right. It has an L and H screw which are adjustable and change the running of the engine. But when the throttle is opened or motor is under load she’ll cut out. I think these screws are something to do with the air fuel mix but just don’t know. Any help would be fabulous.
