I took my Krups Aroma Control thermal carafe coffee maker to an event in my car and when I returned home and tried to use it again it stopped working properly. It begins working when turned on, then the red light shuts off and stops brewing. 0976438 is the number I found inside the brewing basket holder. 74054 is the number on the underside of the water chamber flip up lid.
