How can I fix my Horizon (ITEC SECURITY PRODUCT) Home Alarm System?

0

While installing a new radiator, the plumber accidently cut the wire to Personal Attack Button mounted on the wall inside the front door. I managed to locate the cable and take it from the partition wall thru’ which it ran. I then removed the Panic button from this wall and reconnected it to the cable upstairs. However, I cannot switch the alarm on because the key pad continues to indicate a problem with the zone pertaining to the Panic Button. I’m not overly concerned to be without the Panic button but wish to have my house alarm operational again. I tried to isolate the problem zone according to the instructions on the keypad panel but this didn’t work as the fault kept showing.
