How can I fix my Fisher & Paykel IW811 Washing Machine?

My Fisher & Paykel IW811 washing machine started beeping every second while idle. The screen displays “I need Service – Fault Code 49”. I’ve tried the following: 1. turing off the machine & unplugging it for a few minutes 2. relieving the pressure on the inlet hoses with power switched on then powering up again 3. cleaning the inlet filters at the machine end of the hot & cold inlet hoses. None of these have made any difference. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
