You are pretty much reduced to opening the computer and adjusting the contacts on the jack, which probably will not be easy to do or may not be very successful, or replacing the jack with a similar one. Again unless you are very experienced in soldering especially on circuit boards, I suggest that you do not attempt this. I have been soldering everything for over 40 years, and I still am very careful about circuit board soldering. The other possibility that I might suggest if you have free USB ports on your computer, is to buy an inexpensive set of USB speakers that also have a headset jack on them and use that jack. You might test out a couple of speaker systems to make sure that the quality is what you want, compared to cost.
