How can I fix interferrence (buzzing) when I use wireless headphones?

I have two sets of wireless headphones. I connect them to the audio out on my receiver. I always get a buzzing sound on them (no audio from my audio device). I’m sure its the TV – i can move the transmitter around the tv and it changes in intensity; when i turn the TV off it goes away and the sound is fine.
