How Can I Find Out Who Someones Probation Officer Is?
A probation Officer is for a jail. A Parole officer is for a prison term. Probation is set by the Judge, in the jurisdiction of arrest, during the sentencing phase of the trial. The judge can set probation to see him, or in larger jurisdiction, a county may have a group of individual probation officers. The court records, which are open to public view, will tell you what happened in the case and who has probational custody.
