Note: Due to a known issue in Blackboard, Statistics Tracking Reports should not be run using Internet Explorer. Please use Firefox to run the reports. Statistics Tracking at the content item level allows Instructors to view detailed statistics on content item usage for all course users. These detailed statistics can help Instructors determine how many times the particular content item was viewed and exactly when it was accessed. To Enable Statistics Tracking: • Select Tracking (Enabled/Disabled) from the drop down menu of a Content Item to enable Statistics Tracking. • Click Enable, then click Submit. To View Statistics Tracking: • Select View Statisticsfrom the drop down menu of a Content Item to view Statistics Tracking. • Select Run from the Content Usage drop down menu. • On the Run Reports page, select the desired format, users, start date and end date. Click Submit. • Click Download Report to view your report. You will receive a Usage Report that you can View, Print or Download.
