How can I find out if the Eruv is Up or Down?
The eruv status is now on the eruv page. However, please look at the date and time the eruv status was updated and make sure that it is with in the last seven days. If it isn’t, clean out your browser cache and reload the HP eruv page. If the date and time of the last eruv status update was still longer than seven days ago, you will need to call the Eruv Hotline at 732-247-ERUV. The Eruv Hotline is updated each Friday. You can also find out the status of the eruvim by subscribing to the Eruv Mailing List (rutgerseruv-subscribe@yahoogroups.com). Each Friday afternoon, you will get an email telling the status of the Eruvim. The eruvs are checked on Friday before Shabbat.
