How can I find out if a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) has a good reputation?
There is no “rating scale” for RTOs however they are all required to deliver training and assessment services in accordance with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). As a consumer it is essential that you are satisfied with the products and services available from an RTO before making the decision to undertake training and pay associated fees.
