How can I find out if a course has been approved for fulfilling a LinC requirement?

There are three places to look. The first, though least reliable, is the college catalog. Because the catalog is only printed once every two years, many courses are approved in service of LinC in between printings. Furthermore, the catalog does not include any special topics courses (courses which are brand new or which are only offered once or twice), so LinC special topics courses will not be listed there. A better place to look is on the course registration materials, where there is a LINC column in the middle of the course listings. These will show all courses approved as LinC guidelines prior to the printing of the course schedule. There are minimal additions to the LinC approved courses from the time of printing to the time of course registration. The Registrar’s Office maintain the list of approved LinC courses offered each semester, sorted by LinC requirement. The best and most accurate place to find LinC-approved courses is on the college intranet: \\rook\public\Learning in Co
