How can I find out a persons criminal history in Loveland?
Adult records of arrest are generally considered public records and are available through a criminal history request. To obtain this documentation concerning an individuals arrest history, you will need to provide the Loveland Police Department with the individuals full name and date of birth. Only adult arrests and all traffic infractions occurring in the Loveland Police Department jurisdiction will be listed. There is a cost of $3.00. Requests are accepted via mail (include a check for $3.00 and a self-addressed stamped envelope) or at the Records Section counter Monday – Friday between 8am and 5 PM.
