How can I find Investors to lease shopping center spaces?

0

Typically we don’t use investors and leasing space when referring to the same people. Investors put money into a shopping center to be the owner/landlord. The space in the center is then rented by retailers as tenants. Which are you looking for? Investors would only lease space from you if they thought they could sub-lease it at a profit. But unless you give them a discounted rent, they will always be competing with your vacant space. Some larger retailers are willing to buy a piece of land from you and build their own building, but then they aren’t leasing space. If you have a viable center, any of the large commercial brokerage houses can provide services to find investors and/or tenants.
