How can I find a low-paying/low-ranking job in the Sims 2?
Well, the career rewards are available regardless of where you start the career. Of course, if you mean earning them, as in putting in the work for a given career for your own personal self pride-earning them, then okay. In the cheat window (Ctrl + Shift + C) type in “boolprop testingcheatsenabled true” (without the quotes), and then Shift + click on the mailbox (or the newspaper if not that (not a thing I feel the need to do, personally)). From there, you can set career level to 1. Then just be sure to turn the cheat off after you’re done (as it can do a lot of damage if kept on) by doing the same, but instead of “true,” use “false.” EDIT: This is the ONLY way to get a job at lower ranks when you’re qualified for higher ones. And the cheat is only to set career level to level 1 or whatever you want to start at.
