Once your application has been approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, which includes your login and password for your Webassessor account. You will then be able to register, purchase and schedule your exams through your Webassessor account. If you need to make any changes to your test session, please contact our Certification Department at least 72 hours prior to your exam at certification@ncmahq.org otherwise you will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
