How can i file for divorce without my husbands signature?
My ex never signed a thing. Since he did not accept service of the papers in the time frame allotted, I had to publish it in the legal news in our county, let it run for 3 weeks, and then it was considered a non-contested divorce. He didn’t respond to any of the papers. He did not show up to court either and the judge granted the divorce. I then mailed him the papers signed by the judge and it was a done deal. The whole process from filing to divorce was 4 months. We have a daughter and had property so it is usually a 6 month waiting period but the judge granted it early. Good luck.
