How can I export data directly from FlexArray to an Excel file?

The easiest way to do this is to: • Organize the data table as you wish by selecting one or more nodes in the Data Analysis Pipeline, and then moving bands or columns around. • If desired, highlight only certain rows in the data table (or apply one or more gene lists by selecting them in the pipeline). • Click the “Export data” icon in the data table’s tool bar. • Choose “Export to text”. • Choose between exporting all rows, or selected rows only. • Choose the data columns you wish to be exported (by default, all data columns from the data table are selected for export). • At the bottom of the dialog box, choose the Clipboard as the destination. • Click OK. • Switch to Excel, open a new worksheet, and paste the contents of the Clipboard.
