AEA staff assigned to individual schools and buildings who are participating in the IDM training are being encouraged to likewise attend the training with their school. As the Instructional Decision-Making process is implemented in a particular school, AEA staff can provide a variety of services and supports which may include serving as a process coach and/or content experts as is necessary and appropriate.
