How can I exercise using only my own bodyweight as the weight instead of buying expensive equipment?
I bought Debbie Seiber’s Slim in 6 Program and it is really good. It’s about $75.00 total. She has a low impact aerobic workout and two extra videos that focus on your abs and butt. The abs workout has put my abs flat and defined. The workout video includeds her resistance bands and she shows you how to use them. The package comes with three videos that go up in difficulty. I highly recommend it. It’s cheap and you can just keep using it every day. If you don’t have that money, then sit-ups/crunches, push ups, walk, run, or find things in your house to lift. You can buy one set of weights like ten or twenty pounds and just use those same weights to lift. They aren’t that expensive, you can order them on line. I got a pair of three pounders and use those so I won’t gain. You can also get ankle weights for about six bucks a pair. Just wear them everywhere. Hope this helps you!
