How can I enter a large list of numbers into the Out Dialing database?
There are several ways to load numbers: List Dialing – Load numbers directly into the MS Access CALLMaster database Outcall table; – Generate an ASCII file of return delimited numbers and run the Loadphon utility from SpeechSoft. Schedule Dialing – Load numbers directly into the MS Access CALLMaster database OutcallSchedule table; – Select and populate one of the three input templates with phone numbers and desired settings. Using MS Access, upload to the OutcallSchedule table.
