How can I encourage a counterparty to sign up to the 2002 Master Agreement Protocol?
The Association has prepared a standard form letter to assist Adhering Parties that wish to encourage others to sign up to the Protocol. Because the Protocol is forward looking, Adhering Parties may even wish to consider encouraging market participants with whom they do not currently have a derivatives trading relationship to adhere.
