How Can I Easily Remove Dry Paint Drops And Stains From Surfaces (Aluminum, Floor Tiles)?

Goof-Off is widely available and is made by Valspar. It works great: Goof Off® The Ultimate Remover for dried paint! This well-known solvent product removes dried paint as well as adhesive, sticker residue, gum, crayon, tar, oil, marker, pen, lipstick, scuff marks, candle wax, grease and much more! Available in a wide variety of liquid sizes as well as a convenient aerosol. But first, I try to scrape off the drops either with my finger nail or with a spatula. If a bit of a stain remains after scraping it off, use Goof-Off to get the remaining paint off the surface. Good luck!
