On iRefr, you can earn rewards in 2 ways: 1. Referral rewards-You can refer your friends/colleagues to jobs posted on iRefr. On successful placement you stand to earn a cash reward. 2. Network rewards- Network rewards are cash rewards that you can earn by inviting your contacts to join iRefr as referrers. Once you invite your contacts to join iRefr as referrers, these contacts shall further invite their contacts to join iRefr as referrers and the chain shall continue. In this manner you will have your network of referrers on iRefr. If any of these referrers in your network make a successful referral you stand to earn a part of the cash reward too. Presently you earn a reward for successful referrals upto the 5th degree of your connections.
