Credit from Oxford Journals CME/CE is granted on a per-course basis (usually 1 credit hour per completed course, where the course is estimated to require one hour of work to complete). In order to earn credits, you must answer all the questions for a particular course, and then submit the exam for grading. Instructions for taking a course are here.
