How can i earn a little extra money? ?
Yea, it’s hard to earn money when you’re 13. About the only suggestions I’ve seen is mowing lawns. You might be able to deliver newspapers when you’re 13–used to be you could but I don’t know any more what the age requirements are. But newspaper delivery is hard work; you have to get up around 4 or 5 in the morning, pick up the papers and get on your bike and ride all over the neighborhood for a couple of hours delivering them to the houses. THEN you have to go to school! So that’s a pretty demanding job & you have to do it every day, rain or shine, in the heat or in the snow. Dog walking is usually something done in a city. People in the suburbs just let the dogs out in the fenced back yards. That’s a good idea though; give it a little time. You might want to put up some fliers at the local veterinarians’ offices.
