How can I dress professional without looking like a child playing dress-up?
Most of us think we’d like to look younger, but in reality, we want to be taken seriously — and that’s much harder when you’re petite. I asked stylist Marlene Shiff, owner of Toronto shop Boutique Le Trou, for advice for our less-than-tall ELLE readers. She says: “Remember, good things come in small packages. “If you can get away with not wearing a suit, separates can be your answer. There’s freedom in separates because you have numerous options. “Get a classic bottom, such as a great pant. Not too forward, not too conservative. Contemporary.
