When you play a video on YouTube you should get a little box pop-up in the top right-hand corner of the video box saying Download This Video. If you click on this pop-up box the video will automatically be downloaded to Real Player. I think that this only works if you are using Internet Explorer though, and not Mozilla Firefox.
