Mobipocket is now included in Franklin software for eBookMan. Check that you have the eBookMan Desktop Manager (version 1.14 at least) with Mobipocket Web Companion. Download and install the eBookMan OS 2.0 for your eBookMan, with Mobipocket Reader included.
