How Can I Download Files Using NetStorage?
Log into NetStorage and browse to the drive that contains the file you want to download. Right click on the file you wish to view. Click on “Download for Viewing”, you will see a screen similar to the one shown at the right If you wish to make changes to this file, please see the instructions for “Downloading for Editing”. You will now be asked if you want to open the file directly or save it to a location on your computer When the file has finished downloading, you will be prompted to open either the saved document or the folder where it was saved. If you choose to open the saved document, it will open using the native application. (example xxx.doc will be opened with Microsoft Word) If you choose to open the folder, you will have to double click on the file to open it.
