How can I double check that my call is going out through Engin and not through my landline?

To ensure that your call is going out through Engin: • Always use the green IP button when dialling • Listen for the Engin dial tone. The Engin dial tone is a flat uninterrupted tone. Your landline dial tone is the normal multi-toned sound you are used to hearing. • When you are using the Engin service the VoIP light located on the top of the phone cradle will be illuminated.
