How can I do an automated Read/Write SMB mount for a normal user?

I can mount the SMB share via SU but not as the normal user so they wind up with READ access (unlike the root account)… and the mount doesn’t stay between reboots. The SMB share is on a Win2000 server. Thanks in advance for any help.
