How can i do ab and lower body exercises?
Lower body consists of the quad group, hamstring group, and the calves. Compound moves will benefit as they work most of the leg muscles at once. These are squats, leg press, and step-ups, as well as the “leg machines”, not the leg extension (quads only) or the leg curl (hams only), but the ones that use your whole leg. Isolation exercises hit one muscle only, so for quads, do leg extensions, and hack squats. For hams/glutes, do leg curls, and glute/ham raises. For calves, calf raises are fine. As for abs, crunches, reverse crunches, and oblique crunches will blast all parts of your abs.
