a. Open eScan Management Console >> Go to Services, click on “Stop Announcement’ and then shutdown the eScan management console. b. Go to C:\Program Files\eScan, open eupdate.ini >> Enter the following entry under [config] >> IpOnly=1 >> Save the changes. c. Rename the file DmainLst.ini to DmainLst.iniold d. Delete all the folders under C:\PUB\LOG e.
