Kingsoft does not recommend disabling the firewall however, if you need to disable the firewall, please do the following: Turn the firewall off one time. 1. Right click the firewall icon in the system tray at the bottom of the screen 2. Click exit. OR 1. Open the firewall 2. Click Operations -> exit. To close the firewall so it does not open again. 1.
