How can I disable audio recording when shooting movies?

Sound is always recorded when the Stylus 740 is in Movie mode. However, you can disable the audio portion of a movie file when you review it in Playback mode. There are two ways to do this: • Enable Silent Mode. When the camera is in Silent Mode, it will not play audio embedded in any file. To enable Silent Mode, turn the mode dial to any mode except [GUIDE], and then press the [MENU] button. Use the arrow pad to navigate to and select [SILENT MODE], and then press the [OK/FUNC] button to access the Silent Mode menu. Use the Up or Down arrow to select [ON]. Press [OK/FUNC] to activate the setting. • Set the Movie mode Volume to [OFF]. Turn the mode dial to the movie projector icon, and then press the [MENU] button. Next, press the Right arrow on the arrow pad to select [SETUP] and then press the [OK/FUNC] button to access the Setup menu. Use the Up or Down arrow to navigate to [VOLUME]. Press the Right arrow to advance to the next screen. Use the Up or Down arrow to select [OFF]. Press
