How can I direct all MIDI files to MidiGate instead of the Classical Archives Player?

0

You may prefer to use MidiGate (instead of the new Classical Archives Player) to listen to MIDI files. Go to the User Settings Maintenance Page and uncheck the box next to MIDI and click on the Set the Player Options button. This will tell the Classical Archives Player to avoid playing all MIDI files – so that your chosen MIDI player (e.g., MidiGate) can play it.
