How can I delete sound from movie files with embedded audio?
The sound in an audio-enabled movie is embedded in the digital file and cannot be separated from the movie data. However, you can disable the audio portion of a movie file when you review it in Playback mode. There are two ways to do this: • Enable Silent Mode. In Silent Mode, the camera will not play audio embedded in any file. To enable Silent Mode, turn the mode dial to any mode except GUIDE, and then press the MENU button. Use the arrow pad to navigate to and select SILENT MODE. Then press the OK/FUNC button to access the SILENT MODE menu. Press the Down arrow to select ON.
