How can I define a Template for a specific semiconductor Functional Test Data Analysis?
Click on the menu option “Create” in the “Template” Manu. Template Creation Wizard will be opened. Enter TDR Template Name and date. After entering the name click on the Next button, the “Template selection Definition” form will be displayed. Enter section names and click on the Next button, then enter the sub section names for each section. Now define the CPK type and link it to a desired section and click on the Next button. The Yield Power will display the information of the template, click on the Finish button to save the template in the data base.
