How can i cure my hay fever?
I have hay fever to iv heard about these honey things there are different types more better then some you may not have had the correct sort and its suppose to be taken over long periods it isnt an instant cure. there isnt a cure for hay fever its more about being able to control and finding the best ways to prevent it wether its tablets which i take or if they dont work then trying other things and even taking prescription steroids in bad cases which someone told me they had to do because they suffer badly and wanted to go to a music festival.
