How can I create a Sales Lead in SalesForce.com with Twitter Search Results?
Click on the “Twitter Lead Monitor” tab and run a new Twitter Search. On the left of your search results, select the check boxes for all relevant results. At the bottom, click the “Create Lead” button. You should see a “Newly Created Lead” box with the associated number under the Saved Searches box. Click on the associated Lead number to view the lead.
