Some instances of WebSite Professional are unable to make renew their certificate. You then have to create a new request under your existing server, which would overwrite your key, and cause downtime. We have a workaround to prevent this. Make a copy of the WebSite\admin\website.key file and rename it website.one Open keyring manager and delete the certificate that needs the organization changed. Create a new Key Pair with the new information, and send the CSR to your signing authority. Make a copy of the new WebSite\admin\website.key file and rename it website.two Rename website.one website.key and wait for your signed request When you’re signed request arrives make a copy of the WebSite\admin\website.key file and rename it website.one.
