How can I create a list of the viruses that F-PROT Antivirus detects?
Creating a list of viruses that F-PROT Antivirus detects can be useful. It is possible to create a virus list with f-prot using the -virlist option. To do this, access command prompt and in the F-PROT directory type: f-prot -virlist > vir.lis F-PROT then creates a list of the known viruses it detects. This list, or text file, can be viewed in any word processor. Please note that this viruslist will NOT upgrade itself. If you want a new viruslist you will have to create it again, using this same procedure. The old virus list will then be overwritten.
