How can I create a file from scratch for importing into High Impact eMail 3.0 Professional?
You can easily create a CSV file using Microsoft Excel. Step 1: In the first row, name your fields (first name, last name, email address are required.) In each column, fill in the fields. Step 2: Go to File | Save As – for “Save As Type” choose Comma Delimited (CSV). You may receive a message in Excel saying that the selected file type does not support workbooks. Simply click OK. You may receive another message saying that the file may not contain features compatible with CSV. Click Yes to finish saving. Your file is now ready for importing into High Impact eMail 3.0.
