open internet explorer to Yahoo http://www.yahoo.com Resize your browser window so that you can see the desktop Go to ADDRESS BAR and LEFT CORNER drag theICON (depending on default browser) drage the E or Y to the desk top, it will immediately change to the “favicon for Yahoo (anyway) and you will now have a shorcut on desktop You can also drag the Desktop Shortcut to Quick launch, and if you want this to be available at startup add to startup.
