The ascii file will be identical for both the OpenVMS and PC/Windows versions. The file will contain 10,000 records. Each record should have four fields: (1) CAS registry number (if unknown use 0), (2) activity in CASE units or other units, (3) SMILES code, (4) name of chemical.
