How can I copy files from one external hard drive to another?

Hi Emma, Please power up one of the external drive and plug into the laptop first. If the computer recognizes the drive and assigned a drive letter to it, then power up and plug the other in. If the above doesn’t work for you, please plug the external hard drive that you wish to have the files and copy all the files to your laptop main drive first. When done with it, eject/remove the external hard drive and connect the external hard drive which you wish to copy the files into. The trick here is do it one by one, step by step. Let me know if you still have problems.
