How can I cook frozen chicken fillets to be deep fried in a less fattening way?

I cook most of my food in the oven – sometimes the texture isn’t as good (not as crispy) if they haven’t been deep fried (or even in the frying pan), but the food is so much healthier and tastes just as good!
