How can I convert libraries created with older versions to open them in EndNote 8/9/X?

• In EndNote 8/9/X go to File > Open > Open Library. • Select the old EndNote library file you wish to convert. • EndNote 8/9/X will create a new versionX library and leave the original library unchanged. • You can now work with the new version in EndNote 8/9/X but be aware that modifications you make in this new version of the library will not be replicated in the original library that was created in the earlier version of EndNote.
