You only have to have the “Normal Paint” program that comes with every computer (for Microsoft). -Go to start -Programs -Accessories -Paint -Open the picture you want to convert, and anywhere on the picture, right click it with your mouse and press copy. -Go back to paint -Right click and paste in the white area of the paint program -Click the outer edges of the white area to resize to fit your picture. -Go to File -Save As -Type File Name -Right below it is “Save as type” -Click on the drop down menu -Select JPEG -Click Save Note: When you save a picture in this manner, after you close the paint program. The next time you try and open it, it should open with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, and not Paint.
